Exclamation i need help with my HID installing process

me and my dad are real grease monkey's, we work on his truck all the time and i recently just brought a 2004 turbo, pt cruiser.

i recently purchased 6000K HID lowbeam headlights from hidnation.com and everything was going good, everything plugged in well until we turned on the lights.
my car wasn't on; just my lights and they wouldn't turn on! the light bulb's weren't cracked and neither was anything else. i dont understand!

please help!! (:

-thanks!

Did u check the wires were u plug the ballast in? I had a similar problem.. The pt cruiser wiring setup is retarded. Try switching the wires at the factory connector. Let me know what happens or just pm me

At the connection where it connects from the bulb to the ballast, reverse polerity. That's right it doesn't fit (clip right) but some kits are back ass backwards but they don't tell you. I have HID head lights and mine would'nt work either so I plugged the light in reverse of what it is supposed to doesn't clip right but it works and never ever have had a problem in 2 yrs I also have HID fog lights which worked without a hitch.

you know where the plug goes on the ballast on the positive and negative. flip it. If its backwards nothing happens.

Yeah,I flipped it at the bulb connection. It worked for me. I had no lights when it was connected the way it was supposed to be and I did what I said and worked.... Anyways it's worth a try.
PS my kit cost me $46.00 a throw-away even if they quit after 2 yrs, still cheaper then those exspensive regular bulbs.
