Default Help with making Spooky Car show worthy

As you can see I have a nice silver PT Cruiser. Have been working on the interior with upgrading the car stereo and speakers. However I am stuck between leaving the outside alone or well not. I have wanted for a long time to actually enter a car show, or at least having a car worthy of entering. I have thought of getting piece by piece all of the billet parts for the outside, I have even thought about getting one of those huge graphics down the sides. I do have alot of led's coming in but beyond that I have basically no direction, so as I am a man of list what are the do's and hell no's that I should look for in taking my car to the next level?

Well i don't know anything about car shows, but i can give suggestions.
What kinda direction do you want to go with it. do you want to bling it up like how i did to Eve or do you want it to be more subtle?
Honestly if Spooky was mine, i'd black out tho's stock touring rims and wire brush the calipers and drums. i'd proly do a black belt line and get some custom tails. Either tails that are smoked out or not, either way i can smoke them out my self. smoke out the headlights too. tint the chrylser emblems in the center of the chrylser wings. I have more suggestions but it's time for me to go home. so i'll post more ideas later.

It is all up to you what you want to do.... Just take an idea, and build off of it. Most Cruisers have themes also.

My car is a daily driver, so I can't go all extreme with it. Just kept it really clean and did a few small things and that earned me a trophy.

I got the retro lights actually bought them for my other Pt, I like the retro look of the lens esp with the carbon fiber, which has made me consider doing carbon fiber vinyl for the rear step pad instead of the rubber pad esp since I have seen you do alot of vinyl. The touring rims I thought about doing in black then air brushing some highlights or something.

You also have to decide what class you want to enter. Most car shows have a STOCK class (less than 5 small modifications) and other classes called different things (modified, custom, wild etc.) but it depends on how many mods you've done to your car.

Same here she gets 150 miles a day exercise, I want to make her different than the rest but try not to go to too extreme.

So far the only mod has been the stereo, Would adding LED's be considered a mod? The only big thing I have been thinking about, and I BLAME IT ON THAT PICKLE DUDE! The sound file on his muffler, it just too cool.

No, LED's aren't considered a mod unless they're all over the outside somewhere. At least in all the shows (100's) that I've attended.

So basically unless I turn my Pt into my favorite child toy I am ok. A Cruiser Lite-Brite would be cool, until I hit a pot hole.
