CUSTOM REAR LIFT GATE/HATCH
I'd like to replace/or modify the rear lift gate/hatch on my '02 PT Cruiser. Other than rear window modifications I haven't found much on the net. Anyone know of any sites or manufacturers that sell replacements for the rear hatch/lift gate. Please reply to namvetmike@yahoo.com THANKS!

yeah apc makes carbon fibre hatch, or you could shave the hatch handle, fill in the window, split it so it open like 2 doors to the side, have it electric opening, open from the bottom to the ground like a ramp....

I believe that Magic Pineapple made a kit to open the standard rear hatch from the side rather than the top.
