hay whats up, i love the look of the PTs but they lack in power and the turbos kits do give enough. so have u eva heard of any successful engine conversion, i was thinking the 3.5l mitz magna motor with one massive turbo any thoughts
open for anything[8)]

Don't think the transmission would hold up with that kind of power. What kind of horsepower and torque you talking about? You might consider getting a PT GT turbo and installing the soon to be released Stage 2 upgrade which will increase to 265 horsepower. I have Stage 1 (240 hp) in mine now and it hauls a$$. I can't wait for Stage 2! [8)]

Mean Green thanks for the tip.[i'm looking for around 400fwhp(the turbo kits have been dun befor i want it new something thats not been seen brfor)] if i was to go for the 3.5 plus the massive turbo would a twin plate clutch. do the job

400 HP at the front wheels? I think you'd have something that would live a very exciting, but very brief life. I think it'd be a race to see what would break first.

hey ptwhat, search the net theres people putting V*'s into the ford focus and converting it to rearwheel drive.

also, there have been hemi conversions done to the pt, just use up the hemi, and tranny from the hemi truck...

well the focus kit is around 20-30 g's and you supply the car.
