Default Exterior Rubber, Vinyl & (?!?) Protection

Can I get some ideas on keeping the exterior seals looking good?

Of particular concern is the sunroof & rear window seal which is made of (?!?). Window gaskets? For tires, I've used Meguire's Endurance and it's holding up past two weeks.

FYI, I put 3M Refresh on the dash, let it soak in, then used a 3M microfiber Detail Towel to tone it down to a low satin finish.

There are NO opinions on this? I think the gaskets on the car are on the marginal side so it makes sense to give them some attention now.

Mopar makes a Leather Rubber & Vinyl Protector (p/n 04318017) seems to work pretty well. Got two bottles of it in a dealer courtesy pkg.

Just to add a little info. I was searching for some tyre gloss stuff and spoke to an ex pro detailer and he advised me to check the contents of the gloss up/protector products first. Most of them are hydrocarbon based although they work well they do long term damage to the platics and rubbers. In that they soak in and dry out the materials from within then suddenly one day it will split open like a dropped melon. Then you say how did that happen I have been protecting it haven't I? This guy recommended to stay well clear of those and search out products based on silicones or citrus.

303 Aerospace Protectant is popular among detailers for interior and exterior vinyl/leather/rubber and can be used on tires too. Leaves a satin, OEM finish after buffing and has one of the highest UV protection ratings. "303" is water based. It contains no petroleum solvents or silicone oils.
