Default power antenna installation

Got my power antenna today. Pretty excited. Been waiting for it. Gonna try to install it today. Just wondering if anyone ran into any problems installing these. Seems simple enough

Well its in. Simple. Thought I was gonna have a problem with the antenna wire from the new antenna but turns out there's a adapter plug under the passenger kick panel. That made it simple. Only trouble was getting it mounted properly. Very happy with the power antenna upgrade

2005 and ebay they range from 24.95 to 50 and so forth. I paid 24.95 for mine. Its simple and changes a lot (in my opinion) makes it look better. And thanks. I kept playing with it making it go up and down lol

Smile Re: power antenna installation

I think maybe 45 min just getting it installed and mounted tightly. That was the hardest part. Took less then 5 min to put everything back together. Its a cheap easy upgrade and its pretty cool

Yes it does. You can wire to where it stays all the way up, half way up or you can use it as a power antenna

lol he says that there's a way to wire the antenna to extend half way, full, or it can extend or retract all the time.
