Default smoked tail lights

Was reading about after market tail lights don't fit good. Is that true did someone buy bad ones. If so, can someone tell me what to watch for?

Default Re: smoked tail lights

You can't watch for anything, it's just that most of the aftermarket tail lights, for some unknown reason, don't fit as tight as the OEM lights. They leave a small gap all around the outside of the hole that they fit into. You can't tell by just looking at them. It's not until they are fitted that you see the gap.
