Default Power side mirror wiring...

My wife's PT has manual side mirrors. Does anyone know if the wiring harness is there to install power mirrors. Or, would I have to wire the whole system?

This might answer your question but it doesn't look good.

Adding Power Mirrors to Base Model

Thanks for the install video, but the real question is.... is the connector in the door on a base without power mirrors, or did they run a different harness though the doors?

I guess I can find out by pulling the door card.

Right you are.... I skipped right over it.

So, it appears that a 05 base did not have the wiring. I'm not giving up hope, yet. <fingers crossed> I wonder how many wires they use to run these?

I should take a run down to my local pull your own yard and hope they have an intact limited or GT....

I received wire to took up my power heated mirrors this week, but I still have no idea what wires go where. Can someone help me with a wiring diagram or something. I would like to work on it today.

I have a picture of what I am dealing with.....

I would guess that the two together (brown and light blue) are for the heated part.
The other three must be for the power mirror?

Here is the back of the switch.

Based on what I can see, I think the orange and the white might be power feeding the switch?

I tried matching things up, but I still have a few wires that I am not sure about. I guess I will try and use my meter and a battery to sort things out before I get any wires run in the car.....
