Does anyone know if there is a Turbo Woody available from the factory?
I like the factory Woody package but I want the Turbo as well.

My dealer had a cool vanilla woody Limited with the Turbo lite which I guess is about 180 hp? This was a gorgeous car. I was seriously looking at it because my baby was in the shop with $8K worth of damage. IMHO, that cool vanilla was made for the Woody package. Someone in my town bought it so I see it driving around occasionally.

Last time I checked, the Woody Package was not available on the GT. Since the Turbo Lite is available on the Touring model and the Limited model, the Woody is available on them as a factory option.

So the quick answer is Turbo lite - Yes, GT (HO Turbo) - No.

There are aftermarket woody kits for the GT though.

Correct you are BigDogDad, I should have clarified that a FACTORY Woody Kit was not available for the GT. There are several woody kits available as aftermarket for the GT. Just make sure that the kit does not have the cut-out for the door lock on the passengers side.

Try http://www.limboland.net/Merchant2/m...ory_Code=EXACC for PTeazer's Woody Kit.

PT Woody for which you already provided a link has makes woody kits that work on the GT. Lot's of folks sell the PT Woody kit, including PT-Tuning and Revel Enterprises, in addition to PT Woody themselves.

Or you could get a factory woody kit on a Turbo Lite then add the Stage 1 kit. You'll end up with the woody you want and 240HP to boot, all for just $350-$400 extra and about 30 minutes of your time to install.

A dealer here on Gratiot has a Turbo-convertible-Woody on the lot. It is that beige-toupe color. It is either a GT or it has the wheels off of it. Doesn't look bad.
