APC 3D Retro Tail lights legal in PA??

I went and put the cart before the horse again and order some APC 3D Retro Tail Lights. I got the chrome ones and noticed in a picture that they show both lenses as red. I recall someone mentioning that the turn signal lense was clear (and on the pictures of the Titanium, Black and Flat Black ones they are all clear). If the chrome ones happen to have the turn signal lense clear, does anyone know if they are legal in Pennsylvania that way?

I have these same tail lights painted black,they do not come with the bulbs, use your original bulbs and put the amber one in where they show the clear. They look really good on the PT.

Quite sure that you're okay IF you have an amber (yellow) or Red bulb. With a white bulb, you're ticket bait.
