To Answer Your Question for him, Yes they are APC 2nd Gen Euro Tails, I have a set of those on my pt as well, check out the sig below.

As you can see from the posts, chrome on white goes great - it's the only drawback of my silver - chrome is almost invisible. I got the E&G grill in billet aluminum for that reason.

I think chrome on your PT would look great. A nice Belt Line and some 40's lines behind the front wheels wouldn't over do it. Haven't seen too many, but the one's I did see look fantastic.

I like the look of the crome bumper? How was that done, It a cover did you buy the whole new shroud or did you use old one and have the bumper cromed some where?[:I] All of those mods look great very tasteful. Not over done.
