Covering those stock black plastic washer nozzles is easy with the
Chrome Plated Washer Nozzle Covers available from the PT Warehouse: http://www.ptwarehouse.com/accessori...ccessories.htm These covers have a nice design that goes well with the lines of the PT Cruiser. [8D] ![]()

Thanks, Lucretia.
They come with 3-M double-stick adhesive included--no holes to drill and easy installation. Just make sure the surface is clean and the temperature is above 50 degrees F. If you ever want to remove them just use a hair-dryer to heat the adhesive tape and off they come. Then clean the surface, polish/wax the paint--it's like they were never on the car. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll have to give them a try!

Those are very nice, CREWZIN. [8D] However, I understand that they are a PITA to install as you have to remove the under-hood insulation cover which is [u]no easy job</u>.

Gary,
Your right about part of the underhood blanket having to be removed (which isn't too bad) but now I have a bigger problem. The underhood stainless steel doesn't come off without a heck of a lot of trouble. It's glued and screwed on and the bulbs on the washers aren't replaceable (the whole light has to be replaced). So I've put the washer lights on a toggle switch and only use them on special occasions so hopefully they will last for years.

PTGT Redman, your hood looks perfect the way it is. That is my favorite aftermarket hood.
