Unfortunately, the mirror pigtail does not match my door I'm trying to get these to work without spending another $100 in parts and shipping costs for the door wiring.

With winter approaching quickly here in Atlantic Canada I'd like to get these installed and working before we are into the deep freeze.

Would the difference in pigtail design indicate any difference in the functionality with my existing power mirrors? I never did ask the salvage yard what options the donor car was equipped with, so now I'm second guessing my purchase.

I don't think my 2006 had heated mirrors... I removed the mirrors and there were not wires going into them.

I think it is an option and not standard.

That must have been an option. ??? My '06 doesn't have them. I was under the impression that only '01 and '02 had heated mirrors available.

I did see a set at the junk yard a couple years ago, on a wrecked '01, but decided it was too much bother to hook them up. And besides, I don't drive FIREBALL in the winter. The '01s also don't have the updated 'wind deflector' shape to them either.

Upgraded to RAK radio with 6 CD changer, Cassette Tape and RDS info. Name: "FIREBALL" I bought it Aug 10, 2015, with just over 35,600 miles on it.
