Default Spoiler hardware

I bought a second hand Mopar oem spoiler from a salvage yard this week, my question is can I still buy the attachment hardware new from a dealership?
What Iīm looking for is the 3M strips that is on the picture below and I donīt know if I got the right screws and plastic washers for it.

My other question is when I drilled out my fathers rear hatch on his PT back in -05 for the same spoiler (he bought it new) it came with a drill template (a piece of paper that you attached to the rear hatch) to make things easier. That isnīt anything I can get my hand on now a days, is it?
I wanted to check this out before I go freestyle on that rear hatch.

Default Re: Spoiler hardware

I also bought a used spoiler and install it.
Did not come with any hardware or temp plate.
This is what I did.
Took the spoiler to my local hardware store.
Bought a square sheet of 1/8 rubber material.
Bought a couple of different length screws that fit the spoiler.
Also some lock washers.
Trace the spoiler on to the rubber and cut out to use as a template.
Mark and drill out the holes for the screws.
This is where you would need an extra set of hands.
Position the spoiler on to the hatch with the rubber in place.
Trace the rubber gasket.
Use the rubber gasket to mark the holes.
Drill holes in hatch.
Install spoiler using the gaskets for water protection.
