Default Anyone have tutorial w/pics for door applique removal/install?

So, the instructions for removal of the door appliques was at
Door Applique according to many other threads...but that web site is no longer working (at least for me).

So I'm wondering what the trick is to remove the rear door front applique? On the rear door rear applique, the window is down and away from it, so no issue. The rear door front applique still has the window (in the down position) in the way. I ended up bending mine to get to the bottom torx screw and installed a new one without the bottom screw.

Anyone have a tutorial with pics?

You have to be very careful and with the glass all the way down, there is still enough room in the channel to push the glass one way or the other and you can still get your screwdriver on the screw. Before you remove the screw stuff a rag in the channel at the weatherstripping or you may lose the screw down inside the door. If this happens, then you have to remove the door panel to retrieve the screw.

I would just look here. I think there's plenty of videos showing how to install flame decals on cars.

They are easy to remove, follow these steps:

Then on the inside of the doors, remove the torx screws at the end of the trim piece that is on the outside of the doors, at the bottom of the glass. On the rear doors there is a screw at each end and you can completely remove this trim piece from the door. On the front doors there is only one screw, at the back of the doors, not necessary to remove this trim from the doors, just remove the screw and loosen the trim piece. Then to remove the pillar trim pieces, from the lip that goes in the weatherstripping channel, gently lift up the trim piece and roll it towards the outer part that is rolled around the door edge. On the back of the trim pieces, at the top, there is a small plastic wedge that may be loose, don't lose those. Reinstall in reverse order. Also, when removing the trim screws, it helps to stuff a rag in the small crack at the bottom of the glass as you may drop some screws down inside the door, if that happens, then you have to remove the door panel to retrieve.
