Default Sunroof Rubber Discoloring

The rubber seal on my 2002 sunroof is turning white - presumably from ageing and drying out. (?)

Is there anything that can be done to restore the rubber ?

Mark.

Often it is wax.
In any case, "BackToBlack" works. You may have to apply it several times. I use a Q-tip (It doesn't hurt the paint, but I try to keep it on the rubber).
Handy_Cruiser likes this.

You can also take some cleaners and rub this off too.

Try using 303 protectant. It has UV protection that will protect the rubbers from fading and drying easily.
