anyone have pictures without door spears?

i am intereste3d in doing the mod was wondering if anyone had pictures i intended on doing it tomorrow morning and if not then on tuesday.

Dan , if you still want a pic of Cruiser without
spears I'll take one.as I took mine off tonight
putting on flat ones.Under the spears I have some
bad runs in the paint which would have to be removed
if I left them off.

that would be spectacular, if i took mine off would i have these runs, and could i re install them after removal assuming i cleaned off the adhesive and got new adhesive to remount?

and would you want to unload your spears. are they the chrome ones? or are they white i dont have the glasses and cannot tell from thew pic in your sig.

They are chrome but I don't want to sell them.Yes you can put them back on if you are careful taking them off. Here are a couple of pics

my pics are without them/ the spears shaved but i am actually about to step on outside and truely shave the area they are so it is completely smooth

i really like the look, i hate doing the damn wax and wash jobs around them its a pain in the butt.

im still contemplating re-installing after rewmoval them but painting them white. to match the up coming grille.

I bought the flat ones, but still don't have them on as
they were cut wrong so I have to trim them to get them
even with the door edge.Before you remove them, check
to see how they line up with the edge of the door.I
checked the wifes and they are not square with the door edge.
went to the dealer and none of the spears were square
with the door edge.Funny I never noticed that before.
They only had 3 Cruisers there to check. I was wondering
if they are all that way.[:I]
