I am guessing there is a question there somewhere?

We got some smarty pants here I think he's asking for a comparison/opinion and recommendation. Welcome to the forums pt55!

What is your application, are you doing body repair or touch-up? Not sure what the folks on the forum recommend, and I haven't tried a lot of stuff. Some products come as a rust converter + primer, some come as a zinc oxide base-coat, lots of choice.

Rust is a little misunderstood, it isn't a virus and it isn't a matter of whether something is rusting or not. Unless it is entirely sealed from oxygen and moisture, it is constantly rusting. So slowly it may take decades to notice, even. It's a matter of the RATE at which something rusts. Furthermore, metal will not continue rusting if water and oxygen are removed.

The reason most body shop repairs inevitably fail, is the repair did not prevent moisture from getting to bare metal within the repair, simple as that. Body filler is porous, and if the filler itself is not sealed from the elements, it will transport water directly to exposed metal and it will rust from the inside. Just like concrete bridges. Welds are also highly vulnerable to oxidization unless sealed properly, on both sides.

So you want a good converter and/or primer on bare metal before you use any filler, then you want a good primer on that filler
