When you put on your flat spears Did they fit
right on the flat part. Seems the ones I got don't seem to line up with the door frame. I know I have the right side on,but when I put them up for fitting they are not straight with the door. Did you have the same problem and where did you get yours from. |

Jimbo,
It's been a couple of years since I bought and put mine on and I don't remember which site it was that I got them from. They fit perfectly on the flat part. I know you said that your trying them on and you know it's the correct side, but try the other side anyway just to see if there's a difference.

They are marked D and P. Don't have Cruiser right now it's getting new hood put on.I may just try and sand the runs out and leave them white. My friend a the body shop said he could fill them in,but he would have to put clear coat over the flames.Just not sure what I'm going to do. C ould you send me your email address to jirwin@neb.rr.com

Jimbo,
Email on the way. The front part of the spears go right up to the edge of the doors, whereas the rear (shorter) back spears stop about 1/8" before the edge.
