I just put my chrome beltline on about a month ago and it is starting to come up on drivers door. I did all the proper prep work, but still coming up. I think a kid might have tugged on it? Anyways can I repair or do I have to pull that piece off? If I do have to pull off any advice, just rip off or no?Thanx a mill

You should be able to get some adhesive promoter, and that will make it seat on the car better. I had the same problem on the hard curve going around the rear towards the hatch, I used some adhesive promoter, and it stayed on for over a year until I finally took the whole thing off.

...but if you want to remove it use a hair dryer to soften the adhesive. Then Goo Gone to remove any residue, the denatured alcohol to clean the area, then apply new piece.
