Default city lights kit?

anyone know where I can get a kit of sorts. Just the bulbs, socket a short harness?
I can only find the socket online. Not sure what harness connector it uses. Ill piece it together if i have to. There is already a place for it in the oem housing. I figured..I already have them disassembled, so why not.
TIA

To me, the best bet would be cutting out a harness at a junkyard!
Otherwise I'm not sure I follow what you are asking for.
The bulbs and connector are H4 for the Gen 1 PT.
There should be plenty of on-line suppliers for a new harness.

here in panama there are none for parts.
City lights are tiny 5w bulbs. They were never a thing stateside but i remember years ago online retailers sold kits to the die hard jdm people and many euro folk. Especially BMW drivers.

Cool Re: city lights kit?

city lights are small bulbs in the side of the headlight housing. they light up the headlight area when you have the parking lights on.

Depends on what CITY you live in, I guess!

In a few of our big cities, the most common "city lights" are flashing red & blue!

72 yo here, and NEVER heard that term myself....

sooner its a Euro and JDM thing. The factory OEM headlight housings even have the molded socket for the city lights.
The main reason for city lights is exactly that. When parked, in MOST cities overseas it is illegal to have headlights on when parked or in certain areas. On vehicles factory equipped with them. it affects the headlights and IIRC activates a single reverse light on the drivers side of the car. There is also *on cars equipped) a indication on the headlight stalk.
I found that its going to be best that I order the parts separately.
I pretty much only want them for vanity for when I am parked at car shows (few and far between here). Im repainting my car the original inferno red with orange metalic (it was a custom thing) and installing a new woody kit.
My only real issue with that is finding the original PT WOODY door emblems.
