Default XENON bumper covers?

Just need to clear up some words. Question is, are the XENON front and rear bumper covers, or bumper replacements? If anyone has these, could you please let me know how the fit is, and do they just go over the stock bumpers w/ 3M tape? Thanks alot!

I had the front one on for a couple years when my painter didn't want to paint the OEM bumper. I finally convinced him to paint it and sold it to QSD.

Here's the difference.

With cover...

Yup! One happy camper here. There are 4 small screws Crewzin had - 2 are hidden under grill, 2 are on bottom corners you can hardly see.

Thanks for all the responses, just a few more questions. Can this be a 'Do It Yourself' prodject to install? Also, how should I prep my old bumpers. Do I have to feather in the body color so there is no grey showing around the edges? For those that have these, are the bumper covers shipped bent in half (a few years ago I ordered a front facia for a Camaro, and it was shipped bent in half with the instructions that read, the body shop only has to heat them to bring them back to life! Really didn't like that idea, and sold the facia anyway.

Mine came in one long box, in a black coating that only had to be sanded lightly and painted. It attachés to the OEM bumper with double sided 3M tape and four (4) small screws on the bottom that can hardly be seen. It covers the entire OEM bumper and only a good cleaning of the OEM bumper is needed so the 3M tape adheres well.

DIY? You need to paint the cover and that's best left to a professional using a flex agent mixed in the paint to it can give when bent without cracking. It's also a heck of a lot easier with a second person when your attaching the painted bumper on to the OEM bumper because that 3M tape is almost unforgiving so you want to get it on right the first time.

I can only speak for the front bumper as that was the only piece I put on.

Not sure if I'm off base, but the Xenon Crusher (see on my car) is a replacement for the entire lower front fascia, not a cover like the Xenon Bruiser. I wanted a Bruiser more than a Crusher, I think in photos the Bruiser looks much cooler, but up close in person I was disappointed with the two I saw. Very happy with the crusher, just wish the Bruiser was a replacement.
