I am sure it has been on here at one time or another, but does anyone know how to remove the exterior door spears? Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

Personally, I did it on a nice hot day, like 89 degrees. Some will say a heat gun works too. Or a hair dryer. I used a 9 inch fishing line lead. One of those that has the swivel on one end and the clasp on the other, made of metal wire. Get that started behind there and use a sawing type motion. Maybe a screw driver and a rag to start prying behind there to keep some pressure on it to keep it away from the door. Then you will have the adhesive left on the door. Alot use goo gone or adhesive remover. I used an adhesive wheel attached to a drill. It is like a big rotating erasure. Try some things out along the same sorta lines that you may have sitting around the garage.
