Hi, I think this is my first post here. I've had a 'Electric Blue '03 Cruiser base model for about 3 weeks now. The car is a blast. I'm going to upgrade the grill. I checked the various models and have settled on a couple of choices. One is the J & J vertical stainless grill. The other is the E & G Classics horizontal billet "Chrome" grill. Any advice as to the fit and appearance of either grill?
As to style which I know is a personal choice, I was really leaning toward the vertical grill for a retro look but I like the way the E & G retains the round flow of the OEM nose. Many thanks, |

Thanks for the welcome. Saw your location, I'm in Lee County, (Ft. Myers) FL myself.

For what it's worth, I prefer the look of the B&G and for the reason you state about it retaining the OEM flow. I know a couple of guys who installed it on their cars and they look great. I'm told install was a snap too.

Hey Kevin,
Sorry I haven't said hi on here yet. I've been busy with work. Hope to see you post more often. One more thing I forgot to mention in the email. Some guys in the local club have the E&G grill you are also considering. However it cost alot more then the deal you will get from Sunbusters, if they still have the other one.

Kevin B, IMHO the E & G Grill is the only way to go because it has the "best fit" of any after-market grill made for the PT Cruiser: http://www.ptcruiserlinks.com/forum/...ms=e,&,g,grill
