Default Drawtite vent visor shades

I purchased a set of Draw-tite ventvisor shades from ebay from BSA ohio. The set they sent looked like someones returns , so I called them and they shipped me out a new set and recieved them in 3 days. No hassles at all. Just letting everyone know because it's nice to praise people when they say " Yes Mr. Gonzales your correct and that shouldn't have happened. We'll be sending you out a new set right away." Customer service is very important and becoming a lost art. I also llike the visors and they work real well.

Gonzo, I got a set from BSA Ohio also. When I removed them from the factory shipped box, one of the visors were missing the adhesive[xx(]. I called and talked to the service dept., they contacted the manufacturer who sent me about 5" of adhesive to repair it. I called BAS back and told them how pleased I was with thier service and they said, "Thanks, hardly anyone calls with thanks". Sometime we don't realize many suppliers only hear complaints.
