Clear Headlight covers

Does any one use these headlight covers and run them every day. They say intended for show or off road use only. I want to put clear flame decals on them but want to be able to remove. http://www.performancecenter.com/pro...oductID=556416

as long as they are clear there is no reason why you couldnt use them all the time. i think that is just a general disclaimer for all the headlight covers including the tinted ones.

You may have to check the laws in your state regarding headlight covers, which is why the disclaimer is stated. Other than safety equipment, almost anything can be done to your vehicle if it's for show or offroad use.

Also, even if you do have a law against headlight covers, the clear flames will probably be fine. Most officers usually look for those blackout (real dark tints) headlight covers. What I normally do before doing a questionable external/visual mod, I call up several local police stations and get their opinion whether or not they will ticket you.
