Covers for those ugly screw heads on the tail lights.

These are 13mm Red plastic "jewels", the ones with the flat backs. I found a pack of 12 for 89 cents at the craft store.
The indention for the screw is slightly egg shape and a little smaller across than 13mm so I rubbed the edge of the jewel on sandpaper on opposite sides to shape it to fit. At first I tried double sided tape to attach the jewel but the screw head is too irregular to give enough contact area to hold so I used a dab of clear silicone and held it on with masking tape until it set. There is room at the bottom to insert a thin blade should you ever need to remove the jewel.
I would also think this could be done in amber but I wouldn't suggest any other color. This may be interpreted as a reflector by the law.

Not bad. You're going to start a rush to the local craft stores

That sounds like a good idea. So when someone tries to steal your taillights they will not know where the screw is.

Wow! Talk about attention to detail! ....
Very subtle and sweet.
