Default Stull Grille

Finally got a nice grille in after three tries!
Anyone install this before? My concern is the bottom grille. Will it rub/chip paint off the factory lower grille? Should I put something between the factory grille and the Stull one?

Thanks,
PTPaul

I have the stull. Which ones did you have before the stull?

No need to put something between the lower grill and the vehicle. A tight fit will keep it from scraping paint.

I should have said, after three attempts at getting a good STULL grille, I finally have one that I think will work. One tab is on aligned properly. I called STULL and they said to bend it with pliers. I am not too comfortable with this, but I will try.

The first grille came damaged...the grille found its way out of the shipping box and bent. The second grille came USED!!! Masking tape, rusty screws, chipped paint, etc... The third so far looks good if I can bend the tab. Any advice?

Also, I have the STULL side trim. Uninstalled at this point because STULL has not sent replacement pieces for those that bent during shipping.

Very unhappy with STULL at this point. For the cost of their products, the quality sure isn't there!

I had to bend my Stull's top connectors pieces too. No big deal, it's bends easily with pliers and fits tight.

sorry to hear your troubles. Let us know how it goes.

Finally got the Stull Grille installed. I really like it. Was easier than I thought (after all the bending). Really helps to have two people to install the lower grille.

Next comes the Stull side trime once the weather warms up! I also install the back splash guards and step plate (both Mopar acc). The splash guards really finish off the back of the car!

The best grill to be released shortly is the "Retro-Grill" from E&G Classics, the rest don't compare.

I'll stick with Stull. All E&G stuff is just plain cheap looking and feeling in my opinion.
