I was just at a car show with my Tampa Bay Cruisers Club. Two of the PTs had put the mirrors on their PT that had the built-in turn signals and one (I think) has two stalks holding the mirrors instead of the one big holder. I'll see if I can find a pic. They can be seen on ebay.

The mirror with two stalks is an M-3 Mirror with built in turn signals. The one in the photo is an APC Mirror with built in turn signals. The M-3 is available in manual or power (but not heated to the best of my knowledge). The APC is manual adjust only.

Your best bet is to find the largest junkyard in your area that has late models, and put out a request for a set of '02 mirrors. The '03 still has the heated mirror fuse active in the fuse panel; it works with the rear defroster.

I am fairly sure (from reading other posts) that the harness still carries the connector for the heated mirror option that was deleted from the '03 model (along with a bunch of other things).

The better junkyards (used part sellers) can put a request out to their network, and will eventually hit pay dirt. Also, if anyone in your local club has updated the outside mirrors from an '02 model, try to get to them first.

Or you could always go to your local dealer's parts dept. a plop down 100 bucks a shot for brand new ones! They'd be happy to order em' for ya!
