Quick question, has anyone tryed or does anyone have this clear 3M protection film. It looks really great, but not sure if it's a 'do it yourself' kind on thing. Your thoughts?

I just did it to my van's head lights, they're real big!. They guy that sold them to me said "if you can do wall paper you can do this". Let me tell you, I got them on but they were just a wee bit tougher then hanging wall paper
Just take your time and be relaxed and it can be done, but, its tough going. And thats just the headlights I'm talking about, not the front of the car. |

I have it on my 2004 PT and there is no comparison to a BRA. I have a silver color and the film is nearly invisible. I would have a professional do it. The film has to be stretched as it is applied and the curves on the front of the PT make that a little tuff. But once it is on you dont have to worry about paint fading or dirt and water under a put on bra. expect to pay about 4 to 5 hundred bucks for the 3 piece film set and to have it installed...
