Default Nylon door handle plugs

A couple of months ago I traded my 01 Cruiser in on an 02. On the 01 I had used the Hillman nylon plugs on the interior door handles. When I removed them in anticipation of putting them in the 02, I buggered them all up. So, for several months I've been looking at Lowe's for new ones. While they have the size, they are white rather than the black I desire. I've stopped at three different Lowe's and a Home Depot and have come up empty every time.
So, the question is: Is there another place the Hillman Nylon Hole Plugs can be purchased? Lowe's can't be the only place to carry these, can they?

I think that Sears Hardware (not the Sears Department Stores)has what you are looking for. They have them in both black and white, and various sizes up to 1".

The 1" one are great for pluging the holes in the door pockets, too.
