There was one guy that put that on his Cruiser. We took him out back and hung him.

Write 100 times on the blackboard "I drive a PT Cruiser, not an Evo."

I'm sorry if my first response to your post was a little rough. I was attempting to use humor to make a point.

I just checked the link and photo and, yes there will be plenty of air for the intercooler. But also, yes, from the looks of the photo, you will not be able to drive over a speed bump or driveway apron without breaking it right off. The subject car does not appear to be lowered and I don't see more than maybe 2" clearance.

You may have to look long and hard to get a first-hand opinion from someone who has installed this front end. I don't think that many will ever be sold.

Here's the point. The lines of that angular "Evo" front do not go with the smooth, curvy lines of the Cruiser.........at all! They're from two different times, two different worlds. That Evo front has often been referred to as "just wrong" on the forums, already. Turn back! It's not too late for you.

Sorry to say this, but that evo front is uglier than sin! Some call it the cow catcher front end, I think. I'd rather junk my car than to put that riced out horrible looking front end on my car.

But then again, that's just my opinion.

Come on now. You don't have to be so subtle.....I agree. [?] Other kits flow better with the PT's curves. Long as the intercooler can breathe.

LOL. I'm sorry Tom, was I too expressive??? [] I've seen other cars with it, and while it looks kinda bad and ricey on other cars (like say a neon I saw the other day), it looks absolutely horrible on a PT!!! [:0]
