Default New Speakers??
Has anyone recently installed new front speakers? If so, can you tell me what you used? I had a pair of Infinity Kappa's, but I've been told that they're too deep to fit. I've been going nuts trying to find the installation dimensions, but can't seem to locate them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Yeah, I did try there. They're the ones who told me that my Infinitys wouldn't fit. Thanks, though!

I am having a set of MB Quart components put in. The RCE213's in the doors with the tweeters in the dash. Keeping a MB Quart 6 1/2 in C-pillar, that's also component. Wiring that to a RF 301X 4 channel AMP. Have a RF Punch 300 2 channel for my 12" sub

I TRYED MB GUARTS
BLEW 2 SETS FRONT AND REAR TWICE
FOSGATES BLEW ONE SET
DIAMOND AUDIO $$$$$$$ WAY HIGH DOLLAR
BUT I CAN BLOW THEM
THE GUY AT THE SHOP ASKED WHAT I WAS DOING TO BLOW THAT MANY SPEAKERS ??
I TOLD HIM ALL I DID WAS TURN THIS ONE KNOB TILL IT WOULDN'T TURN ANYMORE
THE PHOENIX GOLD 800 AMP KICKS ASS ONE MIDS AN TWEETS AND A ROCKFORD 2 CHANNEL FOR THE SUBS
YOU ALMOST CAN'T SIT IN THE GT
I SAID ALMOST
YOU GUY THAT LIKE TO RUN YOUR TURBO SHOULD CHECK OUT THE PASSPORT SR7 RADAR ITS SWEET

I have a set of MB premiums in the door with their tweeters in dash and a set of component MB refernces in the c-pillars. Those run through the RF 301X. The 12" sub (RF) runs through a 2 channel Punch 300.
haven't tried to blow any speakers yet...[8)]
