I wouldn't block any airflow and possibly hamper the FMIC doing it's job. Can you get away with laying it on your dash? I know Bob Stockum hung his below the bumper and it would flip up. I don't know if he used a little electric motor or the force of the wind.[:I]

The Front Mount InterCooler is mounted in front of the radiator and is in the center of the car, where the "smile provides the most airflow. Of course on the new front ends, there is no smile, but it is still mounted in the same location....

Not yet but I did look at the mounting area and think I can put the plate on the passenger side in the black lower grille area by using the mounting bracket using just two of the screws. This week end will be the big day for me.

I did it I put it on the passenger side just inside the lower black area and left of the fog light on the passenger side. Used the stock black bracket and screwed two screws into the thin lover valence that holds the black mesh in place. Looks like it is holding up well and the care runs at the same temp on the guage as it always did. Pictures to follow!!
