Those LED lights actually come in 4 different configurations. Smoke, Black, Chrome and Amber. Check them out here:

Question, have you had any problems with these lights since you installed them?

I heard with these style taillights that you need to replace the standard flasher with a `No Load Flasher`. I heard that without this you could start to burn out the LED`s any truth to this?

The IPCW LED taillights are great because they are plug and play, nothing to do, everything is built into the taillight. Just remove the stock light and base and connect the LED taillight to the stock plugs.

I love mine, plus they are SO BRIGHT! I feel like they are safer, too.

Hey, how's it going? I purchased these IPCW tail lights in chrome for my 2003 PT Cruiser GT, however I am having a problem in that they fit much looser than the stock lights. With the one screw, it "wants" to move at the top. There are the 2 metal "brackets" that help hold it on. Is there anything that you did maybe special to help keep it flush and from moving. I remember the stock lights "popped" into place on the grooves on the sides. Thanks for any input you may have or from anyone else in advance.

intim3,

I've had 4 different sets of aftermarket taillights on my PT and NONE of them fit like the original ones did.

On two of them I took the "brackets" and bent them as close as possible to the body of the light so they would hold a little tighter than when they came out of the box.

On two others (see pic below) I put a small chrome strip (the kind that goes on door edges) around the whole light to take up the gap and it helped the "brackets" hold the light tighter plus it stopped the light from sliding around in the recess.

I forgot about this until you mentioned it, but I think on one of my lights it was a little bit loose at the top, and I used a cloth and plier and VERY GENTLY bent the light opening a little bit at the top to make it tighter. You just be careful not to scratch it, but anyway the part you bend is hidden by the light.

Good luck!

you see how the tab bends in a v? what you want to do is widen the v. it will give you a tighter fit.
