no glove box light ???????

I'm just curious

Am I the only person that my $28,000 car slipped off the assembly line without having a light put in the glove box????????

it's kind of a pain in the a$$ opening up that dark hole to get somthing at nite and have wondered if the hombre's just forgot to put mine in?

Actually, I haven't checked that yet, but I am *very* surprised that my Dream Cruiser doesn't have an under-hood lamp, nor an auto-dimming rearview mirror.The mirror was one the things I liked best about my 99 Dakota R/T.
I would trade the SIRIUS radio for that stuff any day.

I'm a mechanic for a livin so the last thing i want to do is open the hood so I never noticed theres no lite in there

but am very disappointed if all of them don't have the glove box lite and mine wasn't just a fluke

To the best of my knowledge, the PT Cruiser has never had a glove box light on any model for any year.
