Default 2004 GT Bumuper needed...where to look?

Hi all i have a 04 GT turbo that i went to far over the parking curb and snapped off 4 tabs that hold it in place. Ive looked everywhere for a used one bumper but cant seem to find one anywhere. To make matters worse for me i have the chrome pacage so i have the hole in lower area for the bolt in grill on the bottom. I cant afford to spend $600 at the dealer for one. Any of ou guys out there have one for sale or know where i can get one. I reall want to keep it stock so a custom bumper is out......at least for now

Hey superbert1971,

Sorry to hear about your little incident. Many a good PT has been fallen to a good hang up on a parking bump stop, or even the occasional curb, and then when its dropped, its even worse! Mine sits a solid 3.50" from the ground in front at full ride height which is way under most stops, or curbs which keeps me way back from most as much as possible, or I know I would wind up kissing my whole front end, and intercooler goodbye for sure!

Honestly, my best advise would be to either check a wrecking yard to see if you might be able to pick one up cheap in good shape, or better yet, check in with Ray! Their is a very good chance he might have a Factory Take Off that he might be able to let go of at a good price, and may even have one already in your color so you might not have to even paint it which could easily run you a realistic $250 - $300+ to have re-finished at a professional body shop. That could put you way out front on the repair, and might be worth a good look at!

That is my two cents anyways. You go easy, and I wish you all the best!
