Default show it off...

Hi awhile back, a gt with the bottom of the grille cutout, so we saw the intercooler . Wanted to know:

1. opinions?
2. how to do it cleanly?
3. whre can i find a damn pic of that lol tired of googeling...

Opinion? Why? In my opinion looks like you hit a curb.
I would assume to do it cleanly would involve painting the cut. An alternative could be applying chrome molding around the opening.

The GT (or even the Turbo Lite) already has a larger lower grill opening than the N/A PT to let more air get to the intercooler. Taking the grill away won't really help and your taking away the protection from rocks or other debris that could damage that intercooler.

If you must do it, a dremmel tool, sandpaper and paint will give you the desired affect but unless you take the lower bumper/fascia off completely to work on it, it's probably gonna look like a chop job.

i was curious....because i kinda liked the look....really "sporty" but at the same time, it kinda goes against the nostalgia look........
