Default Spoiler coming loose

Ok Gear heads and master mechanics, please tell me what I should do. My Xenon spolier is coming up just slighty on both ends. I injected 5 min epoxy last week, and I thought that would do the trick, but it is coming up again. PT Tuning sent me some more 3-m tape. But I don't want to lift the spoiler up anymore than I have to (because 98% of it is down tight. The openings Ihave to work with is small (which is why I thought that horse needle with epoxy would of done the trick) so now I'm asking for advice. I thought of something like liquid nails (it is in my basement holding up a shelf with 100 pounds on it) Before I get pissed and pull the whole thing off, shed some rational wisdom with me. )

Don't use 5 minute epoxy. it doesn't have nearly the strength of regular epoxy, and it isn't waterproof, either. It is pretty much useless except for building balsa wood models.
