Shifter knob
I'm driving a 2002 PT automatic. I want to replace the shifter knob with a chrome skull (it's a theme), but I'm concerned with the release button on the shifter. Anyone have any experience changing these out, and if there is a custom knob that accommodates automatics?

Oh...And I did search the forums, but the one entry I found, the link no longer works. If anyone comes across one, it'd be greatly appreciated.
