Default engine bay looms, silicone etc....

ok bought some looms and silicone vacuum tubing.

the tube from the pcv can it be replaced with vacuum tube?

what else can i use this vacuum tube on and does it melt?

Well, you could reduce the tube running to your windshield washers. I've found that as opposed to replacing tubes, you may be better off sleeving lines. By cutting a slit down the lenght of the silicone hose you can often form a tight fit over the existing hose or tube that looks very good IMHO. The looms can be used for the larger tubes and piping. You may also want to take a look at some braided stainless steel sleeve kits to do the really big hoses like the rad hose... I wanna see some pics when your done. One thing to remember though in this case is to keep it in line with the colors on your car and less IS more in this case in order to keep it tasteful.

Punch, where did you order the looms and tubing from? Resonably priced? After seing all the engine pics lately, I'm thinking I need to spice it up a little under the hood....
