Default Does anybody work there?

I have a side exit exhaust from California Cruisers on my GT and it had a very nasty run in with the local car wash - long story - and the car wash guy's insurance company wants an estimate of replacement parts. The trouble is their toll free phone number doesn't work from Canada and their e-mail address just bounces everything I send. Finally, I think I connected through my fax machine but nobody seems to want to respond.[xx(]The kit, exhaust and fibreglass rocker covers, lists for $900.00 (USD). I need a written estimate of the cost of these parts and shipping. Once I get the estimate then the insurance company can get their wheels turning and I can get a cheque (maybe, you know insurance companies)and then I can buy replacement parts. Don't these guys want to sell their stuff?[:I]

Anyway, if anybody knows if this company still exists can they forward me a direct phone number that I can call from Canada?

Sorry, have not heard good things about California Cruisers' customer service. There have been other threads on forums of unsatisfied folks.[:I]

quicksilverdon is correct. I've read many threads concerning the lack of customer support from CC. Good luck and I hope you are able to get in touch with them. My next step would be to right them a letter, maybe they will reply to that. I'd also give the insurance company a copy of my receipt and a link to CC's web page for price checking.

Will forward this all on to California Cruisers.. I have side pipes of theirs too.. You may have caught them at a bad time.. They had Semma and then the Block Party back to back and are now just catching up. Plus they had to finish my car! PS.. I have put in a call to them also..No Promises ! Just trying to help!

Hey Moondoggie-I could sure use a hood like you
have too. How hard was it to fit? Any surprises?
Your car is turbocharged too, right? Does it run cooler-vent out the hot air?
