Default show me your custom guages/pods ideas....

looking for pictures/how-to's ideas etc.... I hate my pillar pod but cannot find a better solution, i bought a 2 guage pod that seats on the dash, but even trimmed down the thing looks ugly, was thinking of just trying to make something out of fibreglass myslef....

anyway, if you have guages in a location OTHER then the pillar , pls send me links/pictures etc....

what i wanted to do was to get 3 single, C/F pods or chrome and mount them on top of the dash infront of the air vent, for that old school retro look

Mopar makes a 2 gauge pod that replaces the A pillar.

I don't like the guages on the a-pillar, looking for custom jobs like in the dash, on the dash, heads up display etc...

I have posted these before and here they are again. These are 2 5/8"autometer gauges w/autometer chrome cups. the 2 1/8" were too small for me. The lunar or the cobalt illuminated gauges only come in 2 1/8" size. So I got the bigger Pro Comp gauges Ultralite gauges also come in the 2 5/8" size.

Here is how they look from outside the car

gear head, I like that set up, but its too intrusive for me, i want no more height then the actually guages, anda thin surrond to hold them in...

I bought a 2 guage pod of ebay the thing is almost 4" high, no good...
