Default Turbo Autostick Shifter knob
I have a 2002 non turbo Pt that I got a after market shifter with a big polished shifter knob. The shifter now has to be pushed down to shift from park to Rev,driv etc. no more button and it looks way better then the stock cobra shifter. I would like to get a simmerlar shifter for my 2003 DCII turbo with autostick. Has anyone tried one ??? Is ther any out there for sale ?? ore there any other knob you can get then the stock plastic on ????

I have the same car as yours, 2003 DC 2, autostick. I have an aftermarket shifter from BilletPT.com that is really nice. No button, just push down and shift. Talk to Mike Creevan at BilletPT.com about it. He made two different ones for me to choose from to match my tangerine PT, so unless he sold the other one, he should have one in stock for you.

Read the whole post i have 2 Pt's a 2002 deep cranberry and a 2003 DCII I want a new shiftknob like I bought for the 2002 Pt for my @003 autostick pt but every vendor says they dont work on the turbo autostick.

The GT knob on the site is triple chromed just like the PT knob featured.

Will BilletPT modify one of their knobs?
I really like the Honey dipper in inferno red but would like the GT's 5spd gate shifter pattern on it as well.
I sent an e-mail, but what do you think?

Hey PTGT Redman,

I don't know what Mike will do for you about modifying his shifters, but I know he was really nice to work with me to make sure mine fit and worked with autostick. He even drove 3 hours to my house and installed the shifter himself to make sure it worked OK.

My husband liked the honey dipper too, we had that one at first but it was too big for my small hand, the drilled one was more comfortable. Anyway, I would give him a call, see tell him Natasha sent you! Good luck!
