Default Stock PT Roll Pan ?

[8D]I've been toying with this idea for a while now
Uses all the electrics and stock parts. pretty easy, just cut the bumper out trimmed it down, fibreglassed the gap at the top and sides and Bondo'ed it smooth.[|)]

jeez Bill, what's all that filler doing there. You use a hammer to take it off the PT?

Looking forward to seeing it after paint and install!

Do you still have the safety styrofoam...probably not since you took away that part. You still have the stock metal bumper I hope.

Actually I got a front(non turbo) and rear bumper from Ebay, cheap, to play with. Thinking of moving the bottom half of the front B forward and down and changing the lower grill opening to look like the "Concept intercooler" opening. Too extreme?

I love that look but I dont know how it would turn out without making the bottom more square [:I]

Well guys I've finally finished it!! The issue was how would the 2 parts hold together? Well I solved that by encasing the whole thing in fiberglass, making the 2 parts just a core center and maintaning the shape! So now it's one solid fiberglass part with the bumper core. VERY SOLID!! What do you think?

Airbillster,

I think it looks real cool! My biggest question is how many hours of labor involved in a project like this ?

About 15 hours labor on the first one and 6 on the one I just finished. The Ebay bumper was 100 shipped.
