Thanks for the wealth of information! Y'all rock![?]

It looks like I've definitely decided on the matte finish set.

[:I] Gary, is that the Matte finish?...
Yes. I really like the Matte finish--easy to keep clean
and looks good in my car.

You can get a nice-looking "deal pedal" from: http://www.autovation.net/groupbuy/PT_Cruiser/body.html

PT Cruiser® Dead Pedal Only - $35 Shipped!

It is very easy to install--no "long bolts" or "serious drilling"--just two small self-tapping screws. [8D]

It will look great in your car--mine did! [8]

Thats what I did. I bought the ones with the holes in them without the PT logo. It seats with two regular screws. Hasn't budged or loosened in a year.

Hey Gary, I went to that site (autovation), did not see the dead pedal you and Michaelday have. Am I missing something or is there another site I can buy from? Thxs Gary C.

I purchased mine quite awhile ago. Maybe they are no longer selling the dead pedal. I would contact them and see if you could get the dead pedal only without purchasing the entire set of pedals. Good luck.

Gary, I e-mailed John @Autovation he replied back stating he can no longer offer the dead pedal w/logo due to potential licensing issues. Oh well, I gues I'll check ebay. Thanks Gary C.
