I have tried to remove the spot through vacuuming and using Blue Magic Carpet Stain and Spot Remover and Foaming Carpet Cleaner. I have used multiple applications for the spots, but am unable to completely extract the spots. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I picked up an overhead consol for a cruiser with sunroof controls a while ago but never installed it. I took it apart today cause I was thinking about painting it when I paint my dash. When I took it apart I relized if I did some cutting and major fiberglass work I might be able to fit a small flip down screen or even maybe making a flip down and making a braket to put in an ipod touch or even trying to fit a new psp go in.
