I noticed that some people liked the sound of it and others didn't so I was curious if anyone had an audio clip of a PT with one equipped. That would be a great help for me to decide on getting one.

I have also searched the web and haven't been able to find a sound clip at all.

Thanks

Now my question. Is it safe to go from using the autostick to drive while I'm driving? I did it by accident once, and out of curiosity did it on purpose once, and nothing bad happened. But I'm sure doing something like that would hurt something under the hood.

Thanks in advance :D

She financed it through the dealer and still owes about $3000 on the car. A noise occured at the rear of the engine so she took it to a local shop and was told that the turbo bearing was blown. Any information , suggestions and help as to what this is all about and possible cost would be greatly appreciated.

My question to you all is this, I have a 2003 PT GT and this morning I noticed the fan would did not turn on when I tried to use the A/C. I also noticed the high speed fan never came on while I was driving as well. I looked in the fuse panel inside the car as well as the PDC under the hood to no avail. The places that were marked for fan relays and fan fuses were marked for non-turbo cars and therefor were empty. Where are the fuses and relays located for the fan on my car? And how do I check to see where my problem is stemming from?

Thanks in advance for any help given.

Within the next 3 months or so I'll be turboing my n/a PT, but am getting the ball rolling early (fuel system upgrades, oil lines, etc.) and would like to swap in a Magnaflow muffler because I've read that they make some pretty good flow-through mufflers.. so first question: could someone provide me with a model # and/or the dimensions of the mufflers you guys use? I'm not inept, and I realize that 2.25"-in/2.25"-out is required, but I'm referring to the dimensions of the muffler casing itself.

Also, so I don't have to create another thread-- in the meantime, without the turbo installed, would anyone care to explain the effects of reduced backpressure on the n/a PT? (Will I see reduced fuel mileage? Drop in low-end power? Slower throttle response?)

Thanks guys, I appreciate you all sharing your knowledge!
