Default Just got a virus warning
The site seemed to be down at first, and when I came back to it, when I clicked on the PT Cruiser in the upper left corner of the page, I got two virus warnings.

Virus or unwanted program 'HTML/Crypted.Gen [virus]'
detected in file 'D:\Documents and Settings\Computer\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\GGVPBTHB\get[1].htm.

I'm running a scan now. Just FYI.

Not sure what all that means (I know what a virus is) but I'm on this site every couple of hours and have never received anything like that. Just keep your virus and spyware programs up to date. I run all my scans every night to keep everything clean. Thanks for your FYI.

Yeah, I don't know for sure what it was, and I can't duplicate it, but I wanted to post up just in case anyone else experiences the same thing. Has the site been down at all today?

Not that I know of, but as I say, I only come on every couple of hours to check for SPAM, help anyone out if possible and check to see that all the rules of posting are being followed. That's when I'm not out at a car show or the Sheriff's office.

Like I said, I can't duplicate it. It's possible it was a phished link from one of the search engines, but that doesn't explain why the site was originally down for me. As for a Mac, I'll pass on a computer even virus writers don't care about...
