It's all just suggestions for those asking questions. As to the rest, if you're posting about anything else, definitely try to make it fun! And I agree Crewzin, not everyone will read this and a lot will fall asleep trying to get through my lengthy dissertation...hahaha....

Crewzin, you are right a LOT of people come in for a question and are to lazy or what ever to do some research first. Myself included before on some topics. If it has to be SO structured go to Ms Whipple's Etiquette School instead. Thanks Crewzin good you're back.

This really is a good thread, and should be proper etiquette for any forum, but that doesn't mean the newbies will ever read it unfortunately.

I know how to research here for the answers that I need, but this is my first forum to join though, so I have a question while we're all here.

Suppose I do something cool to my PT that I'd like to show off. Aside from posting the pic in my profile, how do I find a thread to show off my cool new mod? Do I just start a new topic titled 'New Vinyl Additions To My PT', or do I post my new pic in a pre-existing topic that I have to search for?

My suggestion is stop quoting the entire question, including all 20 pictures, just to say "Me too". If you're going to quote, delete the pictures and the unnecessary text before you reply.

Use Firefox, it's got a built in spell checker!!

GoingGreen,

We have a new category under the General Forums called "Members PT Project" and it was specifically put there for modifications done to your PT. If you add something, the thread will be highlighted to show all other members that something new has been added to that thread. It will also show up when anyone hits the "New Posts" like I always do when I come to the forum.

Of course you could always just go to the Interior or Exterior Accessories part of the forum and start a new thread about what you have done.

I totally agree there is no need in shorting what you say just because your lasy and dont want to type something out, and i dont believe in putting everything in caps either, no need to shout, we are all right here listening and reading what you post. You may be upset or angry, but no need in taking it out on us.

Chromenut, I am all the way with you...

I must have completely lost the plot, but how does one go about putting a signature up?

I can't see anything.

Thank you all.

I must get used to the Americanisms in the English language.

whiteclaw,

Look on top of each page for the "User CP". Click on that and it will take you to where you can update everything you need.
